“This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and will absolutely not be tolerated”
Police have released an image of three men they want to speak to after a racially aggravated attack in the Northern Quarter.
The victim – a 42-year-old man – was approached by three men on Dale Street in Manchester city centre at around 6pm on Saturday, August 22.
They attacked him as they verbally abused him with racist comments, police said.
The man suffered minor facial injuries and had to be taken to hospital.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
Police have now released a picture of three men they want to talk to about the ‘completely unacceptable’ attack.
Detectives are urging anyone who recognises the men to come forward.
Police Constable Kelly Strickland, of GMP’s City of Manchester division, said: “This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and will absolutely not be tolerated.
“We are urging anyone who may recognise the individuals in these pictures to please come forward and share that information with police so we can get in contact with them to discuss this incident.”
