Three masked raiders held terrified restaurant staff up at gun point and demanded they hand over cash and mobile phone.The “shocking and violent” robbery happened at a Harvester restaurant in Nottingham.Footage shows a panic-stricken staff member trying to protect his head as he forced along a corridor by one of the armed robbers who is holding a gun to his head. The staff member is on his knees in another room when the footage starts as another man can be seen leading the way before kicking down a door.

The staff member is then pushed through into the room by another man Detective Constable David Beach said staff members were left “very shaken” by the robbery.He added: “This was a shocking and violent robbery with staff being threatened with a revolver and being forced to co-operate with the men.”Thankfully they were unhurt but they were very shaken by their ordeal.

“We are keen to speak with anyone who may have been a witness or have any information that may assist in identifying these men.”The suspects – all wearing dark clothing – are believed to have fled towards the business park behind the restaurant.
